Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Postal Delivery
Postal cookie boxes are shipped via UK tracked delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Local pickup is available from Louth, Lincolnshire by arrangement. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier once a parcel has been dispatched.
Allergens & Dietary Information
All products are baked in a home kitchen that handles allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Full ingredient and allergen information is available on our Allergen & Dietary Info page. It is the customer's responsibility to check this information before ordering.
Refunds & Cancellations
As products are freshly baked to order, refunds are not available unless an order is faulty or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
